1. After changing your Weixin ID, other users will not be able to find your account by searching your old Weixin ID.

2. Information associated with your account will not be affected by changing your Weixin ID, including your linked mobile number, Weixin Contacts, followed Official Accounts, related account information (including chat history, Moments posts, Favorites, etc.), and related WeChat Pay account information.

3. Any third-party services you have authorized for Weixin login and usage will not be affected by changing your Weixin ID, including but not limited to Tencent Games, Wealth, WeChat Pay, third-party websites, third-party games, Public Services, Utilities, flight/boat/rail tickets, Weilidai, WePiao, JD.com, Local Businesses, Ride Hailing, etc.

4. Anything obtained through third-party services you have authorized for Weixin login and usage will not be affected by changing your Weixin ID, including top-up balance, game items, points, memberships, qualifications, orders, coupons, gift cards, tickets, and other cards or offers.

5. Any violations found on your Weixin account through user reports, investigations or litigation by competent authorities, arbitration procedures, etc. will not be affected. Changing your Weixin ID does not exempt or reduce your corresponding liability and punishment for such violations.
